High Heel Shoe Races

Every year hundreds of women compete in high heel shoes races and sprints throughout the globe.

To take part a minimum heel height of 3.14 inches (8 centimetres) is required. In the last few months events took place in St.Petersburg, Moscow and Bulgaria.

High heels that transform to flats

There have been many attempts over the years to create a high heel shoe that can transform in to low heel shoe.

A latest development by a company called CAMiLEON may be the ultimate solution. Their adjustable high heels in many styles allow you switch between low and high heel in just a few seconds. The stylish looking heel is made in two half’s with the lower part being retractable to tuck inside the arch, transforming a 3¼” in to a 1” heel.

The company advise this is ground-breaking footwear technology in women's shoes and are available in the UK for around £150.
